Our principals lead the way
BDP compromises of Principals who are responsible for the governance, strategic vision and accountability of the business. They fulfil a variety of roles including studio, profession, sector leadership guiding design quality and sustainable growth. Our Executive Management Group is appointed by our Principals group to oversees all business operations and financial management.
We are a part of the ID&E Group
We are part of Integrated Design and Engineering Holdings Co., Ltd (ID&E), and our CEO, Nick Fairham is on the Board of Executives responsible for the formulation of group-wide strategies and governance.
Design Council
Good design is imperative to the success our business, as it enhances our reputation and attracts talented people. Our Design Council identifies and shares best practice and guidance to inspire our multidisciplinary teams to push boundaries and deliver high quality sustainable design solutions.
Strategy Council
Our Strategy Council consists of profession and business leaders with a remit to decide on initiatives that will deliver our agreed strategic vision, attract and retain our talented people and enhance our collaborative culture. They are supported by our NextGen Council who act as a sounding board providing a diversity of views and opinions on key topics and ideas.
Emerging leadership
Across our studios, we have inspiring people who have created groups that give a voice to those at the early stages of their careers like our New Thinkers and others, that support people who are keen to make industry connections such as our Emerging Leaders Network. We are big supporters of groups and forums that help our people to develop both personally and professionally.
Culture forums
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our culture forums are helping us to create a dynamic, inclusive organisation where our people can share their ideas and views and lead positive change. BDP Belonging is our equity, diversity and inclusion steering group, BDP Mind champions employee wellbeing, and BDP Life provides feedback on business plans and policy changes.
