Björn is an architect director and leads the Rotterdam studio.

Björn Bleumink combines his passion for human centred architecture and the creation of livable, adaptable cities in one holistic design approach in which architecture, urban design and landscape are seamlessly connected.

With a strong focus on the public realm as active and vibrant space, and with the common domain as incubator for strong and coherent communities, Björn’s vision fits well in the Dutch social housing tradition.

Björn has over twenty years of experience at internationally renowned design practices and has a large track record of masterplans and architectural projects across the housing, leisure, education and healthcare sector
