Simon is head of London studio and South Region Chair. He also heads the design management group across the practice.
Simon is a Principal and Profession Lead for Design Management based in the London Studio. He is also Chair of BDP South which comprises the London, Bristol and Cardiff Studios. He has wide experience in design and construction process planning, risk management and procurement. He brings together teams to plan, manage and deliver a wide variety of our projects, spanning public and private sectors. Simon is very experienced in interdisciplinary design planning and the management of large complex projects. He is recognised for his ability to deliver, having a combination of enthusiasm, strong work ethic and positive attitude under pressure. His primary capabilities lie in the briefing, design, procurement, construction, handover, migration and operational readiness of projects within the built environment.
